Can I set a recurring schedule?
Absolutely. Choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can pause or skip any visit up to 24 hours before your slot.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
For safety and lawn health, heavy rain triggers an automatic reschedule to the next suitable weather window, usually within 24–72 hours.
Do you bag or mulch clippings?
Mulching is our default for lawn health and sustainability. Bagging is available on request and may add a small fee for green-waste handling.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No fee if you cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Same-day cancellations may incur a partial route fee.
Do you handle gates, pets, or access issues?
Please ensure pets are secured and gates unlocked during your time window. If we can’t access the yard, we’ll notify you and attempt a same-day return when possible.
Do you offer spring/fall cleanups?
Yes, including dethatching, leaf cleanup, and first/last mow tune-ups. Add these services during checkout when booking your plan.
